At Acaia, we stand behind the precision and quality of our brewing equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and cables, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
